Installation-ready shop drawings coordinated with the project's MEP and structural BIM model before issue. Every bracket, fixing, and clearance zone is modelled first, so drawings arrive pre-coordinated, not issued for checking.
Dosteen's building systems model is federated against the full project model, including MEP, structural, and plumbing elements, using Navisworks or BIM 360. All clashes are identified, logged, and resolved before the construction issue stage. Shop drawings are not issued for construction until all Dosteen-related clashes have been resolved.
Revit families are created for all Dosteen systems on the project and authored to the NBS BIM Object Standard Version 2.2, not generic manufacturer placeholders. Each family is correctly parameterised to the required LOD, with IFC4 property sets, COBie FM data, and Uniclass classification built in.
Dosteen delivers models in IFC, RVT, and NWC formats, integrated directly into the project's federated BIM environment via BIM 360 or ACC, or through direct file exchange with the project BIM coordinator. IFC files follow NBS BIM Object Standard property set grouping, functioning correctly across Revit, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks, and AECOsim.
Fixing schedules, installation sequences, and coordinated shop drawings issued in the format required by the project's BIM Execution Plan. Issue timing is coordinated with the main contractor's programme milestones, not released on a generic schedule

Dosteen's shop drawings arrive pre-coordinated against the project's MEP and structural model. Revit families are delivered at the correct LOD for the project stage. The practical outcome: zero RFIs from Dosteen systems.

Main Contractors
Clash-free building systems models reduce on-site rework and protect the construction programme. Fixing schedules and installation sequences are derived directly from the BIM model, not estimated on site. Dosteen provides a single point of BIM coordination contact, covering every system in scope under one coordinated model.

Developers and FM Teams
As-built BIM models and COBie data are delivered at project handover as standard. This is not a paper record drawing package assembled retrospectively. The as-built model reflects the final installed position of every Dosteen system.




At appointment, before any modelling begins, Dosteen reviews the project's BIM Execution Plan. LOD requirements, file formats, coordination milestones, and naming conventions are confirmed at this stage.
Revit families are created for every Dosteen system within the project scope. Each family is correctly parameterised for the required LOD as confirmed in the BEP review, verified against the project specification and product data.
Dosteen's model is federated with the project's MEP and structural models. All clashes are identified, logged, and resolved in coordination with the BIM coordinator and MEP consultant before the construction issue stage.
BIM-derived shop drawings, fixing schedules, and installation sequences are issued for construction in the format and at the programme milestone confirmed in the BEP. All documentation is coordinated with the main contractor's construction programme.
At project completion, Dosteen delivers as-built BIM models in the format required by the project's BIM Execution Plan, reflecting the final installed position of all systems in scope. Outputs support FM requirements, COBie data obligations, and Civil Defence record submissions.
Dosteen delivers models from LOD 200 through to LOD 400. LOD 200 provides spatial coordination geometry for early-stage clash avoidance. LOD 400 provides installation-ready fabrication detail, including fixing positions, clearance zones, and product-specific geometry. As-built models are delivered at LOD 400 or as agreed with the project BIM coordinator at the BEP review stage. LOD requirements should be confirmed with Dosteen's engineering team at appointment.
