The Outcome
Dosteen supplied Fire Rated Roller Shutters, Fire Curtains, and Grille Roller Shutters (105 nos.) at the lift lobby and basement areas, integrated with the building's fire alarm system, to protect lift lobbies and refuge areas. All systems successfully passed operational, interface, and performance testing, ensuring effective fire compartmentation, smoke control, and occupant safety — protecting lift lobbies and escape routes and ensuring compliance with authority requirements.
