The Challenge
ICD Brookfield Place required a fire safety solution across its lift lobbies, basement areas, and ramp entrances to maintain effective fire compartmentation, control smoke spread, and protect critical escape routes within the high-rise commercial building.
The Dosteen Solution
Dosteen supplied Fire Rated Roller Shutters, Fire Curtains, and Grille Roller Shutters across the designated areas. The systems were integrated with the building's Fire Alarm (FA) system to support fire protection and compartmentation requirements.
